The Climate Fringe Festival is a community-led and community-organised series of events taking place across the whole of Scotland, showcasing the diversity of the Scottish Climate Movement. It’s Scotland’s call for action on climate change, and will take place throughout September 2022.

We particularly welcome events from grassroots and underrepresented groups within the Climate Movement and strongly encourage collaborations between groups from different backgrounds.

The Climate Fringe Festival will be a fantastic opportunity to build momentum following COP26 in Glasgow and an opportunity for local groups to engage their local communities. It is both a celebration of everything people are doing in their communities to fight climate change and an opportunity to engage and educate the wider public and show decision makers that Scotland demands meaningful action now.  Together, we will show the movement is stronger than ever and people from all walks of life are committed to take action on climate change.
