Tribe Talks : Osbert Lancaster

Join us for an inspiring interactive conversation about climate change and how we can take action.

The conversation is hosted by Osbert Lancaster and run by SCCAN – Scottish Communities Climate Action Network.

The concept of the conversation is a bit like a Tupperware party, but instead of being sold plastic boxes there is an idea communicated: how we can take action on climate change.

Through the evening, the SCCAN facilitator will draw on the thoughts and concerns that we may have and give a space to air them, to address them and to let them grow into action.

We are hosting this evening at Tribe because we know the power of coming together to share ideas and experiences, and because climate change is something that affects us all. We also know that it often feels difficult to talk about climate change, and we’ve heard good things about the Climate for Change format. Originally developed in Australia, SCCAN are now running these events across Scotland.

Please be on time (and stay until the end) so the volunteer facilitator can allocate two hours for a good, distraction-free conversation.

The content isn’t really suitable for children, so this is an adult only event.
